DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

(Prepared in accordance with international e-commerce and consumer protection laws.)

1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between:

  • Customer (Guest):
    The individual who makes a reservation and/or purchases services through the hotel’s website or an online booking platform.

By making a reservation and proceeding with payment, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement regulates the terms and conditions of the remote sales of accommodation and related hospitality services offered by Grand Rafinn to the Customer through the hotel’s website or third-party online booking platforms.

3. SERVICES & PRICING

  • The services provided include hotel accommodation, breakfast (if applicable), and additional services as specified in the booking confirmation.
  • Prices are stated in the relevant currency and include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
  • The hotel reserves the right to update pricing, but any changes will not affect confirmed reservations.

4. BOOKING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • Reservations must be completed via the hotel’s website, authorized agents, or third-party booking platforms.
  • Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or other available methods.
  • The Customer agrees that the reservation is not final until full or partial payment is received.

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Flexible Rate Reservations:

  • Cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in: Full refund.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in: One night’s fee is charged.

Non-Refundable Rate Reservations:

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • No refunds will be issued in case of cancellation, no-show, or early check-out.

Force Majeure & Extraordinary Situations:

In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or travel bans, the hotel may offer rescheduling or credit for future stays instead of a refund.

6. CUSTOMER RIGHTS & OBLIGATIONS

  • The Customer must provide accurate personal information during booking.
  • The Customer agrees to comply with hotel rules & policies regarding check-in, check-out, and conduct.
  • The Customer acknowledges that any damage to hotel property may result in additional charges.

7. SELLER’S RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The hotel is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of service descriptions and fulfilling confirmed bookings.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel a reservation in case of fraudulent transactions, technical errors, or force majeure situations.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & GOVERNING LAW

  • Any disputes related to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Republic of Türkiye.
  • In case of disputes, customers may first contact the hotel’s customer service for resolution. If unresolved, legal claims can be pursued in the courts of Republic of Türkiye.

9. EFFECTIVENESS & ACCEPTANCE

By proceeding with a booking and completing payment, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to this Distance Sales Agreement.
